                  LITTLE METANDS FARM DEAN

                    16th-19th SEPTEMBER

                   (theme nursery rhymes)  

Meet & Greet on the Friday evening in the Gazebo, tea and coffee wil be available

Saturday afternoon Adult and Children Fancy Dress ( in keeping with the theme please)

Saturday evening Judging of Awning display, Window display and childs display followed by Soup & rolls and light background music.

 

 

 

 

                                    HOBBIES WEEKEND AT

                              ROYAL VICTORIA COUNTRY PARK    

                                   6th-10th OCTOBER

At this meet we plan to hold a Hobbies show under cover, from the 8th- 10th so come along and share your hobby with the rest of us campers.

Anything you do wil be of interest to us all, the more unusual the better, but even if your passtime is reading a good book, let us know which authors delight you.

Marquee's will be erected so you can sit and exhibit  your hobby in comfort.

If you would like to exhibit your pass-time hobby, please contact Fred, as this side of the meet is being organised by him.

Please ring him on 01329840290 (If not in please leave message on answer machine) to arrange your requirments etc, and also to give some idea of what space we will need for Marquee's etc

 

 

 

 

 

 

                                 HARVEST SUPPER

                WILDHERN VILLAGE HALL

                      15th-17th OCTOBER

This hall offers good facilities and the meal will be similar to previos years, but with a different choice of meats . Also an oven baked potato, salad etc followed by traditional Apple pie & Custard, coffee or tea

Sunday morning we will have a full English breakfast instead of the usual coffee morning

The cost will be £7.00 pupn inclusive.

For those members who do not wish to camp the cost for the Saturday will be £2.50 pp    

The cost for the Sunday will be £2.00 pp.

 

 

 

                              CHRISTMAS PARTY

                       DURLEY VILLAGE HALL

                         4th DECEMBER

Commencing 5pm. Father Christmas will appear at appox 5.45 pm and the food will be available buffet style from around 6pm.

Will parents or Grandparents please provide a gift for their offspring at a cost of no more than £10.00, please securely wrap it and clearly label it (as Father Christmas is getting older and has a problem reading the labels!) 

The cost will be £3.00 pp and tickets will available as from the F.O.L .from any committee member.

Places will be limited to 50 so shop early to avoid disappointment

                    

 

 

                          NEW YEAR CELEBRATION MEET 2010/11

                              WAVELL SCHOOL FARNBOROUGH

                                           29th December-2nd January 2011

                         This event will run as in previous years

                                        VALENTINES DANCE

                                   HAMBLE PRIMARY SCHOOL          

                                        11th-13th February 2011

This will be a masked dance (fancy dress optional) and a cheese and wine evening

             more details will be announced as and when available

 

 

 

 

 

                                        SKITTLE EVENING

                                    DURLEY VILLAGE HALL

                                        26th February 2011  

                          This event will be run as in previous  years.

                               A good ploughman's will be available

                                  all at an approx cost of £5.00 pp
